The CabrioFix i-Size meets the highest safety standards and for easy installation of this comfortable, lightweight car seat, use the CabrioFix i-Size Isofix base (sold separately). There are two ways in which you can install your newborn car seat: with an ISOFIX base or with your car’s seatbelt. At Maxi-Cosi, we always recommend using an ISOFIX base to install your baby car seat. It minimises the risk of incorrect installation and provides a solid connection to your car. Don’t worry if you don’t have ISOFIX anchors in your car, installation with a belt is just as safe if you follow the instructions included in the manual.
